Budgets are developed from current trade pricing and reviewed for constructability before documents are released.
Schedule
Long-lead procurement begins early. Milestones are tracked weekly and variances are reported to the owner as they occur.

Owners see where the budget stands at every stage, with open-book reporting where the contract provides for it.

Every project carries a site-specific safety plan with daily accountability in the field.

Ian Kennedy
President
Ian studied Construction Management at the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University and built his career with large commercial general contractors across Arizona. His project experience includes courthouse facilities, manufacturing, higher education, Class A office, hospitality and tenant improvement. He founded The Remson Group to deliver that caliber of work with a principal directly accountable to the owner.
